Dunn House is a student accommodation block in Sunderland. It is superbly located just 8 minute’s from Sunderland’s Stadium of Light Metro and just 10 minutes from The University of Sunderland St Peter Campus.
Home to over 100 students (109 in total) our range of accommodation includes single studios, and great value two bedroom apartments. All our studios come with all bills included, as well as access to our superfast broadband. Each studio has great personal living space but you can also avail of the great communal facilities including TV room and Pool table.
All our rooms come fully furnished.
