There is a large kitchen/living room with a bar. Also, a large double bay fronted living/dining room looking down to the lake.
Great garden at the back of the house along with a utility/laundry rooms.
Bills are charged at an additional £100 which include Gas, Electric and water.
There is free wifi at the property which you are welcome to use, however this isn't included.

If you like this property and would like to move in you will need to provide a 5 week bond/deposit, the first months rent in advance and a UK home-owning guarantor (only England/Wales properties). We may also require a reference.
There is a reservation fee of one weeks rent which will be payable upon reservation and reserves the property for 7 days for you, provided you proceed with your reservation this payment forms part of your first months rent.
