The Apartment

The apartment has been finished to a high standard and features comfortable furnishings and modern fixtures and fittings throughout. The generous open plan living space comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa and smart TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed made up with fresh hotel linen, as well as plenty of storage space for clothes. The contemporary bathroom features a shower over bath along with complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use. Guests can make use of on site facilities which include a gym (coming in May), co-working space and restaurant/bar. Paid on site parking is available upon request and is subject to availability

The area offers the best of both worlds, with the apartment being set on a quiet residential street, but still being in the heart of the city, just 5 minutes walk to shops, restaurants, bars and cafes. A number of attractions are within easy walking distance, including the Derby Museum and Art Gallery, Derby Cathedral and the Derbion Shopping Centre

Confirm the booking - confirm your booking with your Livinc Agent who will walk you through the initial payment and completing any agreements required

Move in day - once your booking is confirmed, the property will directly send you a confirmation and check-in details, all that's left for you to do is to move-in and enjoy your stay!

Booking Policy

Check in 3 pm - Check out 10:00 am

Payment - full payment required for stays less than 30 nights and more than 30 nights

Cancellation -7 days prior to check in and once in house , however, it depends on length of stay
